If you are living outside the U.K.

The UK postage will be added to your shopping basket and when you check out the system will automatically then send you a secure Pay Pal invoice which will allow you to safely pay for the balance. Orders are dispatched immediately the postage balance is paid

Example;  Order value £62.00 GBP going to USA – the shopping basket will show postage of £5.95 you will be sent a secure Pay Pal invoice for £3.55 – the balance between the UK postage and the USA postage.

For your convenience you will also find on the website a currency converter which enables you to see the cost equivalent of the postal charges in your own currency e.g  US dollars, Euro, Yen, Pesetas etc.,

All orders are dispatched using only Signed For mail with insurance – this will be Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail International Signed for. Please make arrangements for someone to be available to sign for your parcel otherwise it cannot be delivered.

On rare occasions parcels can go missing if your order is not received within 15 days in the U.K. and 30 days outside the U.K. please click here to download and complete the lost in transit form. return the form to Great Grooming, P.O.
